GM Waterworks

Alexia has worked in and around restaurants, doing just about everything (except cooking—she’s been politely banned). She’s honed her skills at some of Vancouver’s most beloved establishments, including The Mackenzie Room, Burdock & Co., Bar Tartare, and the now shuttered Camp Upstairs (RIP to this gem!). Brought up under the wing of classic wine training, her passion for all things beverage has evolved into a love of sharing her knowledge, and an insatiable thirst for tasty drinks whose names she can barely pronounce, but goes after with gusto (a pastime she will convince you to try too, it’s fun!). When she’s not at the shop, or tasting something new, find her out shopping, sipping vermouth, or hanging out with her dog, Dustin (yes, you can absolutely see pictures).
