A crisp and fruit-frenzied Ontario rosé for the increasingly likely patio sip! Paradise Grapevine is one of our fave local fermenters who have a glou-glou kinda style that never disappoints, especially when given as a party favour! The blend of prominently berried gamay (53%), herby cab franc (24%) and spiced blau (18%) was destemmed and rested for eight hours on skins before being pressed, while the aromatic rotburger (6%) spent three days macerating, fermented and was moved to neutral French oak for five months without lees to keep things crisp n’ clear as the skies ahead. Perfectly pink, strawberries and cream Campinos, salty watermelon marg & a pronounced tartness that chases you down and brings you back to the party.
