An unbothered, moisturized, happy, in its lane, focused, flourishing white to always have on hand in the fridge – the way some people who nail ambience always have the right radio station playing. Working in the town of Nahe, between the prestigious Rhine and Mosel valleys, fifth generation winemakers Pauline and Carl have brought their vision of a non-interventionist winery to life with the support of their loving family and now they’re making lively organic and loosely biodynamic wines! This punchy, juicy weissburgunder (which other countries call pinot blanc) was destined to be added to a blend before Pauline and Carl thought it had enough verve n’ character to stand on its own two feet. They threw it in stainless steel tanks to keep it fresh and the end result makes one think of all things celery-coloured: granny smith apples, pale limes, young & downy sage, bergamot & new agey store patchouli. Choose it for your next BYOB dim sum night! A zero zero aka no additions added bottle best consumed over one evening.
