Located in the northern part of the territory of Montalcino and covering 12 hectares, five of which are planted to sangiovese, their slope overlooks the city of Siena. FUN FACT! Baricci is the only producer to have all vineyards in the Montosoli designated as “Grand Cru”! Harvested by hand, fermented for around 20 days and rested for a year in Slavonian oak, which they say brings well-mannered elegance. Leather repair shop, drag race tire tracks, iron hinges, ground star anise, cherry pie, succulent salinity, dusting of cocoa & someone tugging at your turquoise bolo tie in a sexy and alluring ‘suivez-moi’ manner. Pour out back beside the tool shed, contemplating your next move in the rosebush haven that is your yard.
