Saillard wines are highly-consumable, spirited and, as of late, created out of determination in the face of climate instability and destruction by frost, hail or rain. 2023 was also a challenging, small vintage, but what remained is singing and we’re chuffed to offer the Scarlette for the very first time. This certified organic, domaine pineau d'aunis is plucked from it’s clay-limestone bed, and macerated whole cluster in wooden vats for 10 days to pull the cheeriest of textures and aromatics. FUN FACT! Only 1000 of these bottles exist, and we got 120! A devilish smile and flushed cheeks, red fruit gusher innards, cola nut, bark covered in moss kinda texture, fools gold, forsythia bush & pooling cave minerality. Enjoy while watching the 1939 film Gone with the Wind, and waiting for the oh so famous, and often misquoted line…"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn”.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
