Inheriting the estate in 1982, Marina Marcarino is a fifth generation winemaker who transformed all 20 of her hectares into a fully organic haven in the centre of a growing region that was anything but. A pre-aged and GORGEOUS earthen and herbaceous Piedmont nebbiolo to share and savour. Inheriting the estate in 1982, Marina Marcarino is a fifth generation winemaker who transformed all 20 of her hectares into a fully organic haven in the centre of a growing region that was anything but. FUN FACT! Her’s was the very first certified organic Barbaresco in Italy! Macerated for four weeks+, the wine is then aged in traditional Slavonian oak barrels for at least 24 months before bottling in the summer months and taking a bit of time acclimating to its new surroundings. Balsamic aromatics, menthol, eucalyptus, wild black cherry tree, leather bound book collection, ground white pepper, dried roses, cashmere tannins & sandalwood. Enjoy with rabbit stews and planning your next road trip.
