Gifted winemaker and certified living legend Elisabetta Foradori is experienced, acclaimed & infinitely worth building a shrine in your closet to. ‘Fuoripista’ is the result of a collaboration between the incomparable Foradori and Marco Devigili, a biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano. The aromatic, grippy pinot gris spends more than eight months on the skins in tinajas (clay amphora) allowing it to fully surrender and reveal its delicate underbelly to us all. Watermelon whites, geranium, white peach pie filling, green tomato dressed in white pepper, salt, kerosene & smooth river stones. Even more special to share this wine with a bit of age. Enjoy this big bottle with scallops seared, raw or in a chowder.
