Winemaker Xurxo Alba and his family carry traditions forward & work their land as a way of life. Their two hectares are nestled by the Atlantic ocean, located at the mouth of the Umia river, in the heart of Galicia’s Rías Baixas region. A combination of a few parcels of Albariño, all grown on well draining, sandy soils that help produce highly aromatic wines. Oceanic lemonade, flint, straw bale, green peaches, green apple, yellow kiwi & sea asparagus. Drink with roasted artichoke leaves dipped in béchamel.
