Like gradually gliding down to Earth, with nothing but your trusty parachute and a twinkle in your eye. For their fifth collaboration, Proxies has teamed up with the wife-and-husband team behind two of Chicago’s most acclaimed restaurants, (Michelin-starred) Parachute and wherewithall! Proxy is juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea & other botanicals married into a non-alcoholic potion fit for our witty senses. The final products are stylized beverages, concocted in the image of wine without necessarily trying to BE wine. The inspo here was to emulate a sparkling rosé with the flavour of omija, or magnolia berry, which literally translates into “five flavours”: sour, sweet, spicy, bitter, & salty. FUN FACT! A portion of the proceeds go to The Abundance Setting to boost advocacy and resources for working mothers in the hospitality industry! A fizzy blend of spiced syrah juice, accidentally mushed pear, pineapple lemonade, salted plum, yellow cherry, red miso, mandarin orange peel, orris root, galangal & omija-cha tea. Serve alongside kimchi pancakes or any of your favourite Korean dishes!

Free Pickup is available at our shop, any day that we are open. Find our current operating hours here.
Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
