Chenin Blanc, Loire Valley, France

Like proudly carrying around a hefty but engrossing 700-page novel, this stunning, texture-rich Chenin from Anjou vigneron Pascal Biotteau reads easy-breezy despite (or in spite of!) its terribly sophisticated complexity. Sourced from two different topographies – that bring zesty acidity and flinty, mouth-coating richness – this is the best of both worlds, aged in stainless steel for no-nonsense freshness.
