A tale of two brothers – with parcels scattered in different parts of Champagne, but based in Ludes in Montagne de Reims. Most of their vines are farmed biodynamically, and most of their wines are barrel fermented with regional yeasts. This succulent wine is from the famed Aÿ Grand Cru of the Grand Vallée. One of the most historically esteemed villages – also the favourite of Pope Urban II, and England’s King Henry VIII! What’s good enough for them is good enough for us, ya? A pinot noir focused cru with sweeping slopes clawing up from the river. Peter Liem describes, “if Aÿ were in Burgundy, it would be Vosne- Romanée” coming from the same part of Aÿ as Rosé Cristal. FUN FACT! This is the first time it is available in Ontario, lucky us! Broad and ultra-concentrated old vine action, chestnut, honey on pain au lait, cardamom, white pepper, dried black currants & an almond coated in chalk. Pour while sculpting your next collection of clay parakeets, you’ve found your audience, now run with it!

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
