Their home in the western part of Georgia is particularity special for its proximity to the black sea, as well as a generous mountain range that shoulders it – trapping all the sea-air, and in the end, cooling the vineyards. A short time on skins gives the wine a soft, earthen hue and white tea-like tannins that blur the lines between a white and orange wine.
