Hailing from Lombardy in northern Italy, this organic Chiavennasca (the local name for Nebbiolo) is named after the Rhaetian Alps, but a stone’s throw away in Switzerland. Drinking like a silk-lined fur coat, this is a bit lighter and fresher than the better-known Piemontese iteration, more textured and lustrous than the clubhouse cigar box vibes of Barolo and Barbaresco. Drinking like a silk-lined fur coat, this is a bit lighter and fresher than the better-known Piemontese iteration, more textured and lustrous than the clubhouse cigar box vibes of Barolo and Barbaresco. Spontaneously fermented with 8 months in stainless steel & bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulphites. Holt Renfrew fuschia in the glass and to follow the analogy, expensively perfumed like the fragrance section — tart red berries, Glögg, warm baking spice & cracked white pepper with dried green herbs & European cheek kiss tannins. Bring this out with cheese fondue and a cheeky side of ‘nduja to get the full sensation.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
