Spontaneously fermented with 8 months in stainless steel & bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulphites. Holt Renfrew fuschia in the glass and to follow the analogy, expensively perfumed like the fragrance section — tart red berries, Glögg, warm baking spice & cracked white pepper with dried green herbs & European cheek kiss tannins. Bring this out with cheese fondue and a cheeky side of ‘nduja to get the full sensation.
