The chardonnay is grown on their famed clay-limestone soils, picked by hand, direct-pressed and aged 10 months with topping up to encourage aromatics and balance. Deep breathe of honeysuckle, underripe apricot, candied meyer lemon, bruised golden delicious, buttered sourdough, roasted honeycomb, walnuts, clove spiced umami & an eternal spring minerality.
