A crisp yet rich rosé made by direct pressing the light-skinned gamay (think very subtle tannins), that went though full malolactic fermentation (think ROUNDness) before being aged in stainless steel – bringing the punchy and plentiful fruit to a whole new level of mouthwatering. Perfect in pink, tiny wild strawberry, watermelon syrup, gooseberry, pink lady apple, grapefruit skin & burnt cherry soaring across the sky in a hot air balloon of minerality. Pour alongside your best Molly Ringwald attitude paired with a John Cryer outfit.
