Bernard Fouquet trained in Burgundy and Alsace before starting his winery in 1982, crafting gorgeous cuvées in Vouvray, home to the Loire’s most opalescent and aromatic Chenin Blancs. Composed mostly of the 2018 vintage with a splash of 2017, this was fermented in used French oak before a year-long secondary fermentation in bottle. Ripe and rich baked apple nose, lemon zest, pineapple cream pie, lime pith, the pearly inside of an oyster & fine, frilly bubbles. Pair with whitefish poached in Szechuan pepper-infused oil or a quarter-slice of apple pie with an enormous dollop of salted whipped cream on top.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
