Plushy, mouth-filling roundness, a tangible spritz of brilliance, dried pineapple, miles of stone, white pepper, fiery acidity & a kiss of salinity. Drink when your insides need a cleansing, you don’t like this one, maybe you don’t like wine (just joking? maybe?), “Elsassisch is Bombisch” (Alsatian is the bomb)!
