The freshest jar of amphora aged vegetal flavours and textures! Giacomo, Pepe, Camillo and Daniele are Bottega Pavesi, and summarize their mission as “a subtle game of balance and simplicity”. Their giardiniera is made from seasonal vegetables (from consciously farmed crops that do not stress the soil or surrounding ecosystem) cooked in oil and vinegar and left to age in Georgian amphora.  Ingredients: celery, carrot, red and yellow pepper, fennel, cauliflower, red onion, Borretana onion, wine vinegar in anphora from acetaia San Giacomo, sunflower seed oil Alto Oleico Olearia Coppini, Ortrugo di Ziano Piacentino Cheeses and Peveri, cervia salt & sugar from beets grown and processed in Italy.
