Synonymous with the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, known for its south-facing slopes and chalky soil, the Bara Brut is a class act of (80%) silky pinot noir and (20%) seductive and mouth-filling chardonnay. With a 50% base of the 2015 vintage, and six years of bottle aging on lees, this darling champers is textured for the gods with exceptional terroir to burn. Gold tinted, white flowers, fleshy Mirabelle plums, candied cherry, spiced creamed honey, ample puff pastry, crystalline minerality & bergamot. Enjoy with seared, bacon wrapped scallops.
