A balanced, lively and inspired South of France spiced and satisfying red blend. This young, 10 hectare estate was started in 2007 by winemaker Jean-Paul, their vineyards growing in the shadow of the mountain encased goddess (anyone heard of Cebenna, daughter of the Titans?) on parcels of limestone and red clay. In the heart of the wilderness the cellar rests, housing their authentic terroir in a convenient bottled format! A blend of the south’s finest, meaty syrah, tart grenache, berried carignan, full-bodied mourvedre, and floral cinsault, all destemmed, macerated separately for long periods of time, blended and aged for 10 months to bind and align. A delicate floral arrangement, cherry juice tannins, raspberry filling, red vines, black peppercorns, with garrigue herbs & spices enveloping everything. Enjoy with you best attempt at a cassoulet, you can do it!
