Like cliff-jumping in a fairytale wonderland and landing in a tepid, invigorating & mineral pool – an assembly from the fountain of youth. Austrian winemakers Eduard and Stephanie have become stars of the natural wine scene, and for good reason. Cecelia is tended with biodynamic principles and comes from a newly unveiled 1.4ha limestone vineyard, planted with red and white grapes. 2/3 of the grapes are pressed directly and 1/3 are crushed. The fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in large wooden vats & is neither fined nor filtered – giving Cecilia a slight grain, like fine sand in a cantering stream. Supremely elegant, like a cocker spaniel in a ruby crown. Strawberry leaf, licking a diamond, golden delicious apple, dialling a watermelon-shaped rotary phone, rosemary & fresh mountain runoff. Drink with her kin Winnifred (AKA WINNIE) to compare and contrast their delicious differences.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
