This 50/50 red-white blend of whole cluster, kicky Beaujolais gamay spends 2.5 months macerating in chardonnay juice from Bugey. FUN FACT! Each cuvée is named after a piece of music that the couple feels a particular affection for. Wild elegance, iris + peonies, carriage house, wild currant bush, POM juice, orange pith, woody herbs, embroidered handkerchief weight & a granular texture. Enjoy while reading Beatrix Potter.
