A leesy, waxy and citric Brut Champagne for aging and cheersing the ones you love most. In the heart of the Marne Valley, Bourdon Vieillard has been operational since 1812, with each generation contributing their passion and care to the now 62 plots of calcareous clay-packed soils nestled between a cooling river and plateau. Here we see a blend of herbal, fresh pinot meunier (55%), earthy, floral pinot noir (35%), and plush, expressive chardonnay (10%), all pressed, blended and aged for four years to gain astounding complexity. Quince, linden blossom, beeswax, citric pops, over-fresh homemade bread, apple juice, almond tree, lemon grass, lemon verbena & a hay stuffed mattress. Pour alongside surf and turf, caviar and cuddles.
