FUN FACT! They have welcomed in geese, chickens, sheep, donkeys, cows and the transplantation of 2000 centenarian olive trees (with a unique genetic heritage) from a neighbouring property (where they would have been disposed of in place of new plantings) in the name of ecosystem! The blend of “the most tannin grape variety in Portugal”, aragonez, meaty, spiced syrah, floral, herbaceous touriga nacional, smoky, fruit-forward alicante bouchet and spiced trincadeira. Cherry spread, blackberry brush, drying flowers, wet leather, red peppercorn florality & smoky spice. Try with fondu, cured meats and roast beasts.
