From ungrafted clones of pre-phylloxera rootstock, this hand-picked Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel with natural yeasts & and rested on the lees before being bottled without additional sulphur. Banana split, golden apples, pine nuts, Bartlett pears & butter shortbread with a slight creaminess & ripe acidity. Have a glass before walking the dog, throw some in the pan, another glass with dinner, some more to watch TV with and next thing you know, it’s gone!
