Join us for late afternoon or evening on Sunday, December 29th for a journey through Champagne. You know that Champagne only comes from the Champagne region in France <insert meme>, but what next? In this sparkling session we are diving deep into the small grape-growing 'Grower' Champagne producers that have captured the world's attention (for good reason!) and will keep us going all holiday season. We'll equip you with a ton of knowledge and answer questions like: what is the difference between these small wineries and the big classic houses? How can I tell a rich toasty Champagne from a fresh and fruity one before I buy it? And how natural can Champagne really be? Learn a bit about the grapes, the regions, the most famous natural producers and all the label lingo to help you find the bubbly beauties that are right for you, all while sipping on five (generous pours!) of our favourite Champagnes. This session will be led by certified Champagne PRO Brittany O'Rourke, the head of our GW @ Night programming. Coming from the world of fine dining, Brittany is a super expert and is thrilled to share her passion for bubbles! All event tickets are non refundable.

Our Education Hours are seated and take place in our Salon, on the second floor of our shop, located at 1247 Dundas Street West. Please note all event tickets are non-refundable but we can transfer tickets to a new name.

Unfortunately this event is not accessible as it is located on the second floor and there are no elevators. There are gender neutral bathrooms on site and we will provide water and spitoons.
