We have been building our cellar for YEARS to offer this event. Welcome to the most exciting Jura event in Ontario ever Part One, our Education Hour - Part Two, our salon tasting event here! Nestled between Switzerland and Burgundy, Jura is one of the world's most exciting and hardest to get your hands on regions. Home to the most unicorny of unicorn wines, these are bottles we travel the world to find. In this first of its kind session, we'll explore the intersection of a rich and distinctive history, and the axis between tradition and forward-thinking wine making. We'll try the traditional blends that the region is based on, while holding a magnifying glass to the jura-specific grapes in single varietal cuvées. We'll also try rare vin jaune and vin de paille, talking techniques, the role of oxidation, regional gastronomy, food pairing and beyond. All this set to some of the most exciting producers and wines in the world. When we say come see what all the fuss is about we really mean it.
