The darlings of German Pinot Noir, Baden-based Sven Enderle & Florian Moll prove to be anything but one-trick-ponies with their wide range of other varietal wines, including this skin-contact Pinot Gris. Sven and Florian farm their land organically and biodynamically and all the steep vineyard work is done by hand.
