Envinate, which means ‘Wine Yourself!’ is a Spanish winemaking collaborative founded by four friends hailing from four different regions of Spain. These highly individualistic wines are made with the goal of expressing the distinctive terroirs of Spain and its Atlantic coastline. Palo Blanco is a slinky & seductive white made from hundred year old Listan Blanco vines braided using the local “Cordon Trenzado” method to promote airflow. The combination of altitude, climate & volcanic soils coalesce to create a water sign wine of extraordinary character & texture, like drinking the sea itself. Flinty & saline, vanilla bean, light hit of tangerine spritz, sesame oil, smoky chalky texture. Stark & austere, like a modern prose poem.
