Eric Chevalier and his sister Gaëlle’s 69-hectares are based in Saint-Philbert de Grandlieu, southwest of Nantes, where they produce organic, terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention and extended lees aging. Grapes were direct-pressed slowly before spending a few months on lees to bring texture and fullness for a balanced and seriously crowd-pleasing crisp bottling. Citrus and their flowers, honey, stones, green pear, salt & a seaweed-y iodine minerality.
