Winemakers return to Pinot Gris (or Grigio!) again and again because it makes some of the most compelling skin-contact wines in the world. From biodynamic wizard Philippe Brand in Alsace, this was whole bunch fermented for 15 days to crank the fruit & texture to a hair-raising 10. Layers of intense rhubarb, strawberry compote, gooseberry and rippling acid with a touch of Campari bitterness. Ignore your responsibilities & take a joyride with this bottle of good times!
