A mouthwatering pet-nat made from sustainably grown Ontario grapes fermented by our pals over at everyone’s favourite urban winery, Paradise Grapevine! Half of the Cab Franc was macerated as a red for 30 days, providing the struct. . .

A juicy as heck sparkling collab between two Toronto friends. Welcome BACK, Fränkie! A mouthwatering pet-nat made from sustainably grown Ontario grapes fermented by our pals over at everyone’s favourite urban winery, Paradise Grapevine! Half of the Cab Franc was macerated as a red for 30 days, providing the structure and much of the phenolic components of the wine. The other half was pressed into rose and fermented separately in stainless steel adding pretty and flirty fruit and freshness. Meanwhile, the Blaufränkisch and Chambourcin underwent a cool maceration for 10-12 days after destemming layered spice and textured. Aged in neutral oak. Cranberry tannins meeting raspberry sorbet, a crayon drawn hand-made valentine & a savoury, herbal, lip-smacking kick to the tastebuds. Gorgeous label designed by Toronto-artist Toni Darling. The perfect gift for your 2026 betrothed, newfound crush OR your local-loving bubble-head Aquarius.
