Chardonnay & Weissburgunder, Burgenland, Austria | Koppitsch’s ‘Perspektive’ wines are meant to be explored as a meditation on terroir; an expression of the rock type, climate & soil of their expressive vineyards, situated at the shores of Lake Neusiedl. This body of water is so intrinsic to the biodynamic winemaking of Alexander & Maria Koppitsch that it shows up on all of their wine labels. In this case, it is dusky, moody and moonlit, which is exactly when, where & how we would love to enjoy this wine. We’re thinking sunset picnic & salty seabreeze on the night of the full moon. A rich & complicated white that you wish you could dive into. Vanilla oat milk, beeswax candle & a limestone minerality so pretty that you want to wear a chunk of it on a pendant. Fruit is fantastically, surprisingly tropical: Dole fruit cup, frozen mango, honeydew bubble tea, beachside creamsicle, poached pear in custard. Luscious mouthfeel from a full year of barrel-aging; unfined, unfiltered, utterly lucid.

Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris & Friends, Cahors, France | This biodynamic white blend from Fabien Jouves in Southern France is a one-way ticket to Flavourtown and even if we’re unclear on how much Guy Fieri even likes wine, we’re confident that he’d appreciate this rip roarin’ tailgate party in a bottle. This club has everything: a luscious, honeyed texture, lip-smacking acid, a bouquet of freshly liberated wildflowers from a rich neighbour’s bee-friendly garden & Starburst lemon citrus. She’s already on the guest list, just come on through to the back.

Cabernet Franc, Loire Valley, France | Piak! Blanc is for the perpetually parched, a blushing white wine named after the sound your mouth makes when your thirst is finally quenched, the French equivalent of an Alyssa Edwards tongue pop! From Saumur superstars Émeline Calvez and Sébastien Bobinet of the newly-rebranded Calvez-Bobinet, Piak! Blanc gives dark-skinned Cabernet Franc a whole new lease on life, vinified as a blanc de noirs with a touch more colour than previous vintages, like a drop of raspberry and peach syrup in a green tea lemonade. Fruitopia-toned, lightly fruity & distinctly floral, drink this poolside for the full effect – peaches off the tree, juicy papaya, golden plum, dusty rose, elderflower, salty lemonade & a minerality like the white limestone-washed walls of Greece, or the Bobinet cellar if you get a chance to visit. Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
