Farmed from 30 year old vines on a single, organic plot, this full-bodied red is rich and robust, an entire Bittersweet Symphony of black fruit and dark, savoury spice – black cherries, Mediterranean herbs, wet cobblestone, leathered notebook, teriyaki beef jerky, sake kasu black pepper & tannins that give you the biggest, most unapologetic bear hug ever. A fan favourite that never goes out of fashion, pair with primetime proteins & a ‘lil razzle dazzle.
