Grapes for this bing-banger come from roughly 40-year-old vines grown on steep, south-facing slopes. Drinking it is like finding a gift basket enshrouded in cellophane at the foot of a double rainbow: decorative calamansi limes, hot apple hand pie served on airplane, slate charcuterie board, specialized oyster forks & hardcover copy of “Let the Great World Spin.” Pour with gooey & glazey Szechuan pork.
