Goose is their spritely take on a ginger beer, and is made from a foraged spruce and ginger tea, sweetened with maple syrup and fermented like a traditional ginger beer. Like most of their botanicals, they source the spruce tips from Forbes Wild Foods, (available at Sorauren Market!), foraged in Northern Ontario. Properly carbonated, make sure to chill before opening and let the penetrating warmth of spicy ginger take hold. Enjoy straight out of the bottle, over ice with a dash of lemon, or – should you want something stronger – mixed into the most enticing dark n’ stormy imaginable.
