A zero-zero highlight in the world of Australian pinot noir. Dane Johns and Hannah Miller’s Momento Mori project is located in Gippsland, Victoria & has quickly become an important voice in natural wine. Spicy acidity that wriggles and pops, elegant mushroom broth sipped from vintage porcelain, green peppercorn chew, soil clinging to beetroot & heaps of strawberries and rhubarb. Rest for a year if ya can, and enjoy while reading Rosmarie Waldrop out loud to a beloved.
