Here they take inspiration from the wineries of Burgundy by focusing on their land & its expression. Horus is a blend of organically farmed meaty Syrah, stewed Grenache & floral Cinsault. Juicy and congenial, with a warmth that couldn’t come from anywhere but the south of France. Thicket flora, wild plums, black cherry jam, herbal salami & pink peppercorns liven up the finish.
