If the notion of a non-Jura wine made in the Jura doesn’t give some sommeliers an existential crisis, the fact that this zero-zero wine is made so minimally and yet sits at the very precipice of modernity will have their heads in a complete tizzy! Orange marmalade and sweet, egg-forward brioche, like your favourite grocery store panettone, green botanicals, spicy bitters, incense, and the slightest note of creamy caramel. Spend an afternoon vinyl-hunting & spend the evening listening to them on a huge shag rug with a glass of this serpentine treasure.
