Meaning 'water of desire', this is Intensely aromatic & complex but balanced & controlled, unlike anything we’ve ever had – herbal, ripe & verging on tropical with a beam of crisp acidity, a whiff of sansho white pepper, rock sugar, a rare, distinct salinity and a lithe & long finish. Oatmeal made of glass, the sweetness of eggy brioche, the juiciness of berries without the colour. A transcendent drinking experience that one can really lose oneself in, drink this future juice to instantly transport yourself to the hottest club on the Japanese seaside where every meticulous, entertaining detail has been given a frightening amount of consideration.
