Super tiny production, meet the bright, brusk and berried ‘Vieux Banyuls Rouge’. This vinegar was aged in oak barrels for one year under the lavish Mediterranean sun, enriching its infinitely unique character. ‘Rouge’ gives us a myriad of wild red-berry brightness with gooseberry highlights & raw hazelnut elegance.
