Macerated overnight, aged in cement & bottled without sulphur, this borderline orange-rosé has just the right balance of fizz & funk, a slightly effervescent Cherry Blaster with the volume cranked all the way up. Think Ocean Spray cranberry cocktail, pomegranate juice and watermelon agua fresca with a twist of yuzu and white pepper.
