Lees aging adds texture and ups aromatics, while the grape itself brings tartness & salinity. Spritz of lemon, creamy body, snowflakes melting on your cheeks & billowing minerality. You really only require seafood, nothing more, not even your hands, just oyster shots (picked up with only your lips) & slurping this wine through a straw.
