Planted in 1968 on clay-limestone soils, the pinot is harvested, destemmed, and aged for 12-14 months to solidify its standing. Earthy rumblings, lingonberry juice, delicate blueberry + flowers + leafs, spice rack & Taiwanese high mountain oolong. Enjoy outdoors alongside hissing fires, firefly ballets and cricket symphonies.
