Such a dry & decadent delight, a tremendous Pinot Meunier-driven Champagne that drinks like caramelized brown sugar, brown butter & crisp brûlée with a slightly oxidative nuttiness that simply screams opulence. Grapefruit-tinged acidity dances in the background while added texture from the lees leaves an indelible impression on the palate.
