A riesling that tastes like the gothic font adorning its label: pointed, tasteful and of another time and place. Winemaker Bill Hooper was bitten by the riesling bug so hard that he moved to Germany, learned German, and enrolled in Wine and Agriculture school in the Pfalz winegrowing region to learn exactly how to do it himself.
