Famous Spanish architect, Alfredo Arribas’ organic and biodynamic estate is composed of 150 acres in Priorat and 50 acres in the high hills of southern Montsant. ‘Luno Blanc’ comes from the latter, where half of the land is vineyards and the rest are olive and almond trees, . . .

Famous Spanish architect, Alfredo Arribas’ organic and biodynamic estate is composed of 150 acres in Priorat and 50 acres in the high hills of southern Montsant. ‘Luno Blanc’ comes from the latter, where half of the land is vineyards and the rest are olive and almond trees, surrounded by Mediterranean forest. The bright, aromatic grenache blanc and tart, discreetly fruity macabeo are joined by the blessings of the moon. Under-ripe plums give way to lemon curd, honeydew hi-chew, lapping minerality, lemon verbena & toasted, spiced hazelnuts. Try with a sleek vegetable risotto.
