Lemon custard, Fuji apple, Bosc pear, a whiff of capsicum & a touch of wood with a sparkly acid and glistening minerality, like it just emerged from a pool looking hot AF. Would fit in perfectly at a dip party with crudités, crunchy things & all the dips – sour cream, baba ghanoush, basil pesto & spicy hummus.
