The name of the estate derives from the Portuguese word for the month of May, which is when the Weaver's Broom (also known as Giesta, but here as Maias) flowers there – how floral-y romantic! This white blend is a lustrous, aromatic malvasia dominated beaut from their organically farmed, high altitude estate. Floral lemon, lime peel zip, meadow flowers, thick crystallized honey & salted grapefruit. Pour alongside Persian pilaff!
