This aromatic, forest-y pinot noir comes from a single plot, is macerated for two weeks to lock in sturdy, woody tannin and aged in rounding foudre. Cherry chapstick meets freeze dried strawberry, slathered in dirt, smoke, mint toothpaste, eucalyptus oil, allspice, & the corner of The Prancing Pony. Pour alongside mushroom and nettle tortellini in a sage brown butter.
